At Home Consultation:

Where we meet to measure and evaluate your space and listen to your wants and needs in order to determine a direcvtion for your project.
We inquire as to who will be doing the work, if you will need a remodeling estimate as well and depending on the scope of the work we may send a project manager out to review your project.

Showroom Meeting:
Where we present the design and discuss options, make product selections and look at colors and textures. Review project and
preliminary estimate.

Follow Up Meeting:
Where we present a finished design, review pricing together, discuss schedule and determine if you’re ready to move forward.

Schedule:
The Start Date is determined by the lead time of products and your needs as the customer. We will provide you with a schedule and will update you throughout the project. We manage your projects so that we are not delayed by waiting on materials. We want to minimize the time we are working in your home.

Project Management:
A project manager meets at the jobsite regularly to review progress, discuss details, instruct subcontractors and make sure everything is done according to plan.

Our project managers are available for questions or to just discuss the project and its progress. You will be provided a direct cell number, email address and have scheduled meetings (Depending on the size of the project).

Meetings:

We will set up appointments to review key items with you. For example, lighting and switch placement, tile design, and details. For those who are too busy to meet we can leave diagrams showing what we recommend and review them by phone, email or set up an evening appointment.

We are meticulous when it comes to setting up and cleaning up a job site. Our staff and subcontractors are respectful of your space and your privacy.

Completion and Survey:

Upon completion and your satisfaction, we will ask for final payment and written remarks on how your project went. With your permission we will take pictures and share them with our future customers!
